Group Wellness Retreat for 2023
We are delighted to offer our 2023 luxury group couples retreat at The Imiloa Institute which is immersed in a 22-acre Jungle Oasis in Dominical, Costa Rica, scheduled for August 12-18, 2023.
The Path to Deeper Intimacy
Day 1 – Self Intimacy – Exploring individual needs and desires, learning how to control your breathing, yoga & meditation
Day 2 – Communication – Learning how to communicate your needs and desires with your partner
Day 3 – Breath – Connecting with each other through synched breath, meditation, and yoga
Day 4 – Touch – Exploring the body in a non-sexual, intimate way using sensate informed techniques
Day 5 – Sexual Intimacy – Developing an understanding of what you want your relationship to look like in terms of your sexual connection
The Path to Deeper Intimacy
Day 1 – Self Intimacy – exploring one’s individual needs and desires
Day 2 – Communication – learning how to communicate your needs and desires with your partner
Day 3 – Breath – Connecting with each other through breath
Day 4 – Touch – Exploring the body in a non-sexual, intimate way
Day 5 – Sexual Intimacy – Developing an understanding of what you want your relationship to look like in terms of your sexual connection
The retreat itself would be 7 days, 6 nights (first and last days are travel days but will include activities).
COUPLES ACTIVITIES (may include)
- Individual or couples massage
- Ecstatic dance
- Drumming
- Sound healing
- Beach party with dinner
- Waterfall Rituals
- 1 relationship coaching session per couple
